“One day I was visiting The Met’s Cloister Museum in New York and I saw a bundle of wheat sitting in the corner of the exhibit. It stood on its own as a proud display of exploding texture. I saw this and made sure to keep note. This chair uses the combined structure of over 1000 smaller legs to create a form reminiscent of the time I saw this bundle of wheat” - Yuki Iriyama Gray
